FAQs

Wild Child Holiday Clubs offer outdoor adventure, equine experiences, and wilderness skills for primary and secondary school children. These sessions provide a unique opportunity to connect with nature, build confidence, and learn valuable life skills.
-
Wild Mane Wilderness & Equine Therapeutic Centre is not a single building—it’s a space, a concept, and a connection to nature. Our centre exists wherever we bring people together to experience the healing power of the outdoors and equine-assisted activities.
We operate across various locations in Tameside, using woodlands, fields, and open spaces to deliver our unique wilderness and equine therapeutic programmes. Our ponies are based on private land, and we use carefully selected outdoor sites to create the best possible experience for our participants.
Instead of walls, our centre has trees, open skies, and natural landscapes, offering a place of learning, growth, and connection with nature.
-
Activities vary depending on the location, ensuring each site provides the best possible experience for children. Each session is designed to encourage exploration, build confidence, and develop skills in a fun and supportive environment.
